2024 lunar New Year Holiday Notice
Dear customers, our Hong Kong warehouse is about to usher in the New Year holiday. During the holiday, there will be delays in order processing. Therefore, we would like to inform you that the order logistics arrangements during the Spring Festival holiday are as follows:
Holiday time: Feb. 7th to Feb. 12th（Hong Kong warehouse）
Note：Shipping from US warehouses will not be affected https://www.freshladyeye.com/collections/u.s-warehouse
About Order：
Orders placed after Feb.7th will be delayed until the end of the holiday, i.e. Feb. 13th.（Hong Kong warehouse）
Orders will be accepted as usual during the holiday period.
We anticipate a rush of orders before the holiday period.
Please understand in advance that it may take longer than usual for orders to be shipped, and we would appreciate it if you could place your order well in advance.
